Have you seen the RnB singer's and EME boss website, it's a very good one i'll recommend for everyone, especially those of you that one to learn how to cook i.e grilled chiken(his specialty), chicken kibab, some of those funny names food that are not usually pepperish, although i don't know if he know's how to cook what i will call the normal food we all truly and really love, don't get me wrong, i love these foods too so it might be want you want to learn.Anywaiz he's got so many topics for you over there,especially about the EME stuff so go check it out cos i assure you, it's Fab!
